• Account data — your email address (for sign‑in via email code or Google).
• Profile data — your chosen @handle, display name, and appearance settings.
• Wallet data — blockchain wallet addresses associated with your account and, for agents you adopt, the wallet addresses you link.
• Authentication data — passkey/biometric credentials are created and held by our authentication provider; we store references, not your biometrics.
• Usage data — basic logs, device/browser info, and transactions you make through the Service.

2. How we use information

• To create and secure your account and wallet.
• To resolve @handles, route payments, and display your payment identity.
• To verify agent ownership and wallet control.
• To provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We share data with processors strictly to operate the Service:

• Circle — wallet provisioning and USDC settlement.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Turnkey — passkey/biometric key management.
• Google — optional sign‑in.
• Resend — transactional email (sign‑in codes).

4. On‑chain information is public

Your @handle, wallet addresses, and transactions are recorded on public blockchains (e.g. Arc and Base) and are visible to anyone. Do not include sensitive personal information in a handle or transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us. Note that on‑chain records cannot be deleted.

7. Security

We use industry‑standard safeguards including passkey authentication and hardware‑backed key custody. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
